Édéenne is a born storyteller: she transforms stories into precious stones and metals, and each of her creations becomes an adventure, woven with stories and testimonies. Before jewellery, her path was shaped between science and art: born in Montreal, she studied physics, then art history, moved to Paris, and evolved between cinema, creation, and innovation. Until a decisive experience transformed her life and revealed her vocation as a jeweller.

Before jewellery, her path was shaped between science and art: born in Montreal, she studied physics, then art history, moved to Paris, and evolved between cinema, creation, and innovation. Until a decisive experience transformed her life and revealed her vocation as a jeweller.

In 2003, Édéenne was invited to live a new experience: to try scuba diving in Italy, on Lake Maggiore. Very quickly, she felt free. At 20 metres underwater, I discovered the incredible work of water through the centuries!

She dives under the guidance of her instructor. Suddenly, a swirl of alluvium carries her away. She loses her bearings. I could not even see my own hand in front of my mask. Without realising it, she rises back up. Too quickly!

The rapid change in pressure could be fatal. She understands that she must dive back down. The fear is immense. But she has no choice. She descends again.

Then everything changed. In the silent depths, a ray of sunlight passed through a tree on the cliff, creating a phenomenon of refraction. Underwater, the light became a rainbow.

The pebbles were transformed into gems: sapphires, rubies, emeralds. In that moment, the revelation became clear: It is a sign, I will become a jeweller.
