It's a no-lose contest. To win a diamond worth €45,000 incl. VAT. Description: 3.04-carat G VS1 cushion-shaped white diamond on paper. GIA certified. ​ It is accessible to a maximum of 100 people. You must register and pay your participation fee before December 20, 2024. The entry ticket costs €5,000 including all taxes. You therefore have a 1 in 100 chance of winning. You have the option to purchase multiple tickets to increase your chances. ​ You must fill out the attached form with your first name, last name, phone number, and email address, as well as your preference for the type of jewelry you would prefer to receive. Their retail value is €5,500 including VAT. ​ If you wish to purchase multiple tickets, we offer to create a piece of jewelry equivalent to your investment. For example, 2 tickets = a Duo Butterflies ring, and so on. ​ The contest will only be effective on the express condition that there are at least 20 participants. In the event that fewer than 20 people participate in the draw under the supervision of legal officers, the contest will simply be canceled, and within 15 days, those who have already registered will be reimbursed for their €5,000 entry ticket via bank transfer. However, if you wish, you can obtain the iconic Butterfly pendant or the solitaire diamond on a chain instead of being reimbursed. It is up to your choice. ​ The winner can collect their diamond at the Maison Édéenne studio in Paris. If the winner cannot come to Paris and is in France or the European Community, the delivery costs will be borne by them. If the winner is outside the European Community, import, tax, and delivery costs will be paid by the winner. These costs will be calculated based on the tax-free amount of the diamond's value, i.e., €37,500 (excluding French taxes). ​ The same will apply to the delivery of the pendant chosen by the 99 participants who do not win the diamond. Delivery costs are borne by the participant in the European Community.
